Additionally, the program includes at least 30 minutes of outdoor or indoor physical activity every day. I know my kids need physical activity to decompress after a long school day.
YMCA Afterschool integrates its core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility into the programs. They also offer activities focused on life skills, literacy, STEM, and nutrition.
