The frost quickly melted away. He said, “Oh cool! We used the sun as a heat source to melt the ice into water. We learned about that at school.” I love that he feels so excited about science, and I’m sure he is going to love science camp.
Skills learned at science camp overlap with so much of what our kids are learning and observing in the world every day. My son is obsessed with Minecraft and I’m so excited for him to try something like the Adventures in Minecraft Game Design camp from Club SciKidz. My daughter has been telling everyone she wants to be an engineer and Little Engineer camp seems like it was made for her. Coding is the new literacy of the digital age. It’s exciting to know that our kids can start learning to code in a fun way through Club SciKidz camps like the Minecraft themed one as well as their other game design camps.
