Express Cheer offers tumbling classes for ages 3 and up. We also offer specialty classes for non-tumbling skills.
Whether you are beginner or very experienced, we have a class for you!
Our classes run 45-55 minutes and are offered Monday through Friday. Our student-to-instructor ratios are kept low to ensure properly focused instruction and safety.
Our staff members are highly trained and certified by the USASF.
We also offer private instruction by some the most respected and talented individuals in the industry.

Consisting of the TAOS Tower and HUECO Bouldering Wall, the SMU Climbing Wall provides over 2600 square feet of climbing and is the place for the climbing community at SMU. The Center provides supervision, instruction, and indoor climbing equipment rental. The Climbing Wall welcomes all climbing levels with routes designed for different skills and experiences. Look for special climbing events, competitions, and classes.
The indoor climbing walls were constructed by EntrePrise USA, Inc, a leading builder of artificial climbing walls in the US, and are composed of their patented Free Form® material to provide the look and feel of real rock.
Located in the “Historic Silos” of Carrolloton and desiginated a historical landmark on May 21st, 2011. Used by climbers of all ages and abilities from scouts to world class climbers, no one in Dallas wanted to see the “Silos” closed.
“The North Texas OPC” as it is called includes indoor rock climbing, outfitting, rock climbing & wilderness trips, backpacking gear rentals, kayak rentals, instructional courses in both rock climbing & backpacking as well as a map room, book room and snack bar.
The North Texas Outdoor Pursuit Center will be housed in the newly historically renovated grain silos, the historical renovation includes new historically correct lighting through out circa. 1940, Architectural 1940’s barn/farmhouse features include corrugated metal, knotty pine flooring, front counter features, painting schemes, glass floor showcasing the original grain processing equipment as it sits today, lounge area showcasing the research document and photos used to get historical designation, remodeled restrooms circa. 1940 and much more.

If your sport or activity involves flipping or stunting, then you’re in the right place, whether you are a cheerleader, gymnast, dancer, urban gymnast, flair martial artist, fitness competitor, or an athlete wanting to learn a back flip to throw after the next big victory, with our staff’s background and experience, we can teach you how to safely progress your skills and goal(s). Besides providing excellent training to our customers, the Tumble & Stunt Institute is determined to provide an effective, safe and motivating experience in personal and team training. We were awarded Grand Champion in the Level 5 division at the 2010 NCA All-star Nationals.
We currently have teams ranging from Levels 1-5. Our teams are always highly competitive within their respective divisions. The Spirit of Texas staff provides the best, most disciplined training in the All-Star industry. We take pride in our ability to focus specific attention on each individual. We teach our students to excel in all areas of cheerleading. We strongly believe that our success originates from the dedication and commitment of our athletes and parents. Our students are self driven and motivated to achieve their goals. We encourage positive attitudes and respectful behavior among our students.

Pro Spirit is recognized by its peers and professional organizations as one of the top competitive cheerleading programs in the United States. Pro Spirit is one of only thirteen teams in the world that have competed every year at the Cheerleading World Championships.
Jeff, Diana and the entire Pro Spirit staff work hard to produce winning, competitive cheerleading teams. But more important is the work they do to build the confidence and self-esteem in all of the young people that belong to those squads. Winning is important, but it is not everything. The Pro Spirit staff wants the each girl to feel good about themselves, the progress they’re making as their skills and abilities grow, and the teams that they’re a part of. Cheerleading, as in any team sport, can be and is an important piece in developing the character of the people who participate in it. The lessons learned in competitive cheerleading can make its participants winners for life.

Established in 2012 by former Colorado Rockies pitcher Ricky Testa, the TR Baseball Organization is a nonprofit select baseball program based out of Dallas, TX. The foundation of the TR Baseball Organization is based on an intent of the growth of each player, taking a passionate approach to the game of baseball while promoting both core values, as well as advanced training methods, at an affordable service to the public. Parish Save Our Summer (S.O.S.) is proud to present more than 70 distance learning options including fine arts, STEM, world language and fitness. The Farmers Branch Youth Football and Cheer Association (FBYFCA) is an independent non-profit organization of parents and concerned citizens that has come together to provide a Football and Cheer experience for the youth of our community. All money goes to support team supplies and activities. This is a combined organization supporting BOTH Football and Cheer activities.
FBYFCA FootballTeams are organized with 5-6 year old’s playing flag football with 10 minute running clock quarters, and the coach on the field. 7-8 year old’s (Bantam) play tackle football, with 10 minute quarters and the coach on the field. 9-10 year old’s (Juniors), and 11-12 year old’s (Seniors) that are not already playing in Jr. High Football) play tackle football, with 10 minute quarters.
FBFYCA Cheerleaders are organized in teams with ages similar to the team they are to cheer for. As your Cheer Coach’s and Assistants we will strive to instill tradition, honor, commitment and pride in our teams and in each other. We will build a solid foundation based on trust and loyalty. We will work to be organized, consistent and supportive to make this an exemplary cheer program and a positive experience.
We schedule our regular season games with other community organizations located in the area and play in the Carrollton Youth Football League (CYFL).
