In Dallas, a women’s fitness options are endless. Big Box workout facilities. Fitness programs and centers. Circuit training. Group Classes. At-home dvd programs. But once you have a baby, it seems like all these options are instantly thrown out the window unless you can afford child-care or plan to spend time away from your family during evening or weekend hours.
That’s why moms love Baby Boot Camp!
Baby Boot Camp offers circuit training, cardio workouts, yoga, 5 K training and nutrition advice all in one program, but unlike other programs you have the ability (and are encouraged!) to work out WITH your children! In a Baby Boot Camp class, you grab your little ones and hit the mall or park for a work out that will help build your strength and challenge your fitness level.
Baby Boot Camp provides a supportive environment where women can develop a sense of community. You’re not just another cyclist in a spin class. You’re in a small group, personal training environment where instructors and owners know your name and your kids names!
You’ll develop lasting friendships for yourself and your kiddos, all while getting an amazing workout!
Are you pregnant and are already worried about that post-baby body? Or have you just had a baby and are discovering your fitness level isn’t where it used to be?
Unlike other fitness classes who specialize only in their skill, Baby Boot Camp owners and trainers are experienced in working with expecting/new mothers because they are mothers!
STROLLFIT classes cater to all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms recovering from pregnancy and conditioned moms with stroller-aged children. Exercises are adjusted for moms who are expecting, new moms who are between 6-16 weeks postpartum and active moms who are ready for an additional challenge.**
STROLLGA is a yoga-inspired stroller fitness class, incorporating your stroller as a prop to enable modified Yoga poses, and the class format is designed for prenatal and postpartum moms of any fitness level.
Does this sound like the fitness challenge you’re looking for?
Find the nearest Baby Boot Camp to you and contact the owner! Remember, your first class will be free, so you have nothing to lose! And as a former member of Baby Boot Camp (You can read all about my experience on Dallas Moms Blog), I can promise, you won’t regret it!
