I was super excited to hear about the recent opening of Urban Air, a new adventure park in North Dallas! Have you been yet?? Urban Air is a growing, full-service family entertainment center that offers a variety of attractions and really is perfect for all ages.

For the Littles

Urban AirUrban Air has dedicated spaces for ages 5 and under on their trampolines and in their tunnels. They know that moms get nervous when older kids are jumping around too and may not be totally focused on the little ones under their feet. Urban Air also offers Jumperoo, toddler jump and playtime, on Thursday mornings from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM for $8.00, and parents can jump for free! (Perfect to get energetic toddlers ready for afternoon naptime!) There is lots of space to monitor around the tunnels and on the trampoline platforms and still get to chat with your girlfriends.

For the Big Kids

There were so many areas for kids to play in.  I was really impressed by the variety! A runway, slam dunk tracks, a dodgeball arena, a Warrior Battle Beam, climbing walls and an indoor ropes course.  They even have an Urban Warrior Course™ (think American Ninja Warrior) where up to four people can race.   I also loved the Urban Air employees around who kept a close eye on all the activity.

For Date Night

Yes!  Date night!  Urban Air is not just for kids.  There are plenty of activities for adults too.  See who can reign supreme  when you battle it out on the Battle Beam or race your partner across the Urban Warrior Course™. It’s quite the test of strength and problem solving on each obstacle. My hubs and I may have tried that out…and came away with a few minor battle scars–all in good fun!  And don’t be fooled, a few minutes on the trampolines is a definite workout!

For Groups

Urban AirUrban Air has really great options for groups.  There is so much space and with all the fun activities, you can’t miss.  The ropes course, dodgeball, and Urban Warrior Course™  would make for an awesome birthday party, team outing, or even corporate event.  Urban Air offers lots of packages for stress-free team events.

Urban Air–What you need to know

Urban Air has lots of pricing options.  If you only want to jump or want to experience the entire park, there are options for all of that!  You have to jump in their socks, but you just buy those once and you’re set for every visit!  For any pass your kid has, you can add a parent pass for only $4.99. Save yourself a little time at check-in and fill out the waiver ahead of time!

Urban Air is a great place for kiddos to get their wiggles out, a stress-free birthday party, or a fun date night out!

Katherine Hill
Katherine and her husband, Christopher, grew up in Dallas and met at SMU (Go Ponies!). They have been married 13 years, and although they love The Great State, they lived in DC and Baltimore for seven years, where they experienced actual seasons and great seafood! They made their way back to Texas seven years ago to be closer to family. While working full time and pregnant with their curly-haired Little Man (February 2015), Katherine completed her Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership at Gonzaga University. She continues to work full-time as an Executive Assistant in downtown Dallas. Katherine loves dining in Dallas’ local restaurants; chips and salsa are her weakness! When she’s not running after her family or busy with church activities, you might find her working on a homemade craft or two. You can catch up with her on IG @withlovebykitty
