When we started my son in classes at Kidville, I never expected just how much I’d come to rely on them for activities outside of the classroom. Whether it’s a few minutes spent in the Play Village after class, or a few hours on a Friday night so we can go on a date, Kidville has become the place we rely upon when we need a break.
Here are just a few of the upcoming activities at Kidville you won’t want to miss:
Parent’s Night Out
- 6 pm – 9 pm on Friday, Dec. 13, 2013
Drop off the kiddos for a night of fun at Kidville, with crafts, time in the gym, and a movie! Dinner is included, and admission is $25 for the first child and $20 for each additional child. We love this as a Date Night option, because it gives our son the chance to play with other kids, and we can rest assured that he’s taken care of by Kidville’s awesome staff.
Camp Thankful
- 9:15 am – 1:15 pm on Monday, Nov. 25 to Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013
Kids out of school for Thanksgiving, but you still have to work? There’s an easy solution – Camp Thankful! This drop-off program for ages 3 to 6 allows children to enjoy art, music, gym, social hall and more! The cost is $225 for 3 days or $75 per day, with a snack and lunch included. This is a really fun way to keep your little ones entertained during their holiday break.
Plus, while your child is at Camp Thankful, you could take a break and go see Elements Massage, right next door to Kidville! They’re running a special promotion for Kidville parents from 9 am – 3 pm Monday, Nov. 25 to Wednesday, Nov. 27. You get an intro rate of $49 for a 55-minute session, or two for $99 55-minute gift cards.
Holiday Party
- 4 pm – 6 pm Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013
Looking for a fun family activity to celebrate the holidays? Get out of the house and head to Kidville! Enjoy cookie decorating, live music from the Rockin’ Railroad band, pictures with Santa, holiday crafts, and more. Dinner is included and the cost is $15 per child for Kidville members or $20 per child for nonmembers.
Gingerbread House Decorating Class
- 3:45 pm – 5:15 pm Monday 12/9; Tuesday 12/3 and 12/10; Wednesday 12/4 and 12/11; Thursday 12/5; Friday 12/20
Children get to celebrate the holidays by decorating their own gingerbread house from Central Market, along with free play in the gym with Kidville staff. This class sounds like so much fun! Designed for ages 3 to 10, this class is a great option for siblings. You can even opt to drop off your kiddos! Cost is $60 for the first child and $50 for each additional child.
