Feeling overwhelmed by what to do this summer? Do you send your kids to camp? Should they stay at home? What camps would be safe if they went? I encourage you to restart your research with Club SciKidz.
Let me begin by saying…I always enjoyed science class as a kid. Ok, until I attempted AP Physics II in high school and lasted for one six weeks. My brain just does not work like that. But my point here is that as a science-enthusiast, even I can admit that science has gotten way more FUN these days. I mean, the slime factor alone…
Club SciKidz is out there leading the charge in the “science is fun” arena. Since 1997, they’ve been creating kid-approved science programs delivered in a nurturing, educational environment. Smart AND fun is the extracurricular dream combo, right?
Have you noticed how young children are naturally curious about the world around them? They’re little scientists already. Let’s keep that going! We’ll be better off for it.
In the wake of all that’s happened over the last few months, Club SciKidz has jumped right in to make sure that children’s curiosity and interest in science isn’t going to waver in 2020!
They’ve had to make a few changes to their original summer plans, but after you browse what they have to offer, I think you’ll find something that suits your family’s comfort level.
AT-HOME SCIENCE CAMPS (In A Box)
Club SciKidz Dallas is bringing all the fun & excitement to your home with a custom “Camp in a Box” based 100% off their weekly camp themes.
With each box, parents can take control of “the lab” through step-by-step instructions, materials, and support videos for a week’s worth of science experiments and projects. Your kids will think you’re the coolest mom or dad ever!
With over 26 themes, like Cosmic Cookie Dough, Exploring Our Solar System, Chemistry Concoctions, Grossology, Fun with Fossils, or By the Beautiful Sea, and a total of 4-6 experiments, projects, and activities per Camp in a Box, you might find yourself creating a full summer of Science Fun.
You can find ALL the themes, instructional material, and Camp in a Box FAQ’s right on their website. And don’t forget: With every box purchased, you’re supporting a wonderful small business and helping these camps continue on in the future!
