First Watch:: several Dallas locations :: First Watch restaurants are known for their daily fresh-squeezed juices, which make for outstanding mimosas. You can get breakfast and brunch until 2:30 p.m. (location depending), and you’ll will find a great selection of seasonal eats and drinks, such as gingerbread spiced donuts. Fruit juices for your mimosas include pomegranate, orange, and cranberry.
Stirr:: several Dallas locations :: The Deep Ellum location of Stirr is what you would expect — eclectic and full of great energy! Brunch is a perfect time to visit and order one of the pitchers of mimosas, in a variety of flavors. The menu has seasonal choices as well, such as giant donut holes and pumpkin spiced pancakes. On Sundays, it has a rooftop party with a DJ starting at 3:00 p.m. that you don’t want to miss. The views are amazing.

Plano
The Biscuit Bar :: 5880 TX-121 #102B, Plano :: This Plano location of The Biscuit Bar is located in The Granite Park area with great outdoor seating. Dine here during brunch, and you can score $5 mimosas that are so yummy. Take your BFF and enjoy the “Mimosa BFF,” which is a bottle of champagne and two choices of juice to share.
Denton
Barley and Board:: 100 W Oak Street, Denton :: Barley and Board in the downtown Denton square finds it home in the first hotel in Denton County, the Lacy Hotel. The menu is extensive and unique, featuring 36 beers on tap and a full bar. The mimosa menu features a flight for $20 and has 10 juices to choose from, including hibiscus, blood orange, and traditional orange.

Rockwall
Book Club Cafe:: 107 E Kaufman Street, Rockwall :: Book Club Cafe, located in the quaint, historic downtown Rockwall area, features great food and cocktails, including a mimosa flight. The flight has four flavors including traditional orange, blood orange, honey lemonade, and apple. Pop in for breakfast or lunch at this local favorite and enjoy the friendly waitstaff either inside or outside on the patio.
Fate
Pablos :: 131 E Fate Main Place #106, Fate :: Newly opened this year, Pablos in downtown Fate features an all-around great menu with tons of cocktail choices. The brunch menu is simple with a few main brunch staples, and of course, several flavors of mimosas to try. Selections range from pineapple to cranberry to traditional orange. Brunch hours are Sunday, 11:00 a.m. — 3:00 p.m.
