As the weather warms up, I find myself craving my favorite yogurt stops- Braums and I Heart Yogurt. A lot of people don’t think of Braums for yogurt but it’s actually really good! (plus it’s an Oklahoma dairy!) And I Heart Yogurt?- now that’s just pure bliss! Now, sadly, my baby is too young for this, but I know it’s a popular suumertime treat for tots! But all of these cravings got me wondering if I’m really doing myself any favors by choosing frozen yogurt over ice cream. Read up and then you decide.
