The Blue Room at Emilia’s, a renowned culinary destination in Fort Worth at The Crescent Hotel, is thrilled to announce its third in a series of exclusive culinary collaboration dinners with the esteemed Chef Junior Borges. This extraordinary dining event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at The Blue Room at Emilia’s.
The collaboration will feature a meticulously crafted pre-fixe menu, showcasing the culinary talents of Emilia’s own Chef Preston Paine alongside the 2023 James Beard Award nominee Chef Borges, celebrated for his inventive interpretations of Brazilian-inspired dishes. Originally from Brazil, Chef Borges worked in New York City for 13 years prior to splashing onto the Dallas scene in 2014 as the opening executive chef at Uchi, followed by FT33, Headington Concepts, and Meridian. The Chefs will come together to create a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience for guests at Emilia’s Blue Room, utilizing a fusion of innovative flavors and techniques and expertly paired with optional wine selections to enhance each dish.
