The Dallas Heart Walk offers a fantastic opportunity to stay active while connecting with loved ones and colleagues. Participants can select either a 1-mile or a 3-mile route. Families are welcome to join in the fun, with engaging educational activities available in the Happy Little Hearts Kid Zone. Additionally, there’s a dedicated area called PAWlympics for our furry friends to participate!
Organized by the American Heart Association, this event serves a vital purpose: to combat heart disease and stroke. For a century, this relentless effort has led to significant medical advancements. By participating, you contribute to research, CPR training, and equitable health initiatives, ultimately saving lives and promoting longer, healthier well-being.
