You’re invited to join us for a FREE Cooking Demonstration with Tara, owner of Half Pint Palates!
Tara Anderson is a mom, a wife, a chef and the owner and founder of Half Pint Palates, a fresh-frozen food delivery company that caters to infants, toddlers and aging adults in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Half Pint Palates supports local, sustainable and organic producers, handcrafting delicious meals for your tender palates delivered to your doorstep weekly.
Come mingle with other lovely Dallas moms while you Moms will learn some great healthy, organic recipes for your kids and try samples of Tara’s product.
Children ages 3 and older will participate in a Kids Yoga session by our very own Dallas Moms Blog contributor, Jenny, who is children’s yoga certified!
(Children under the age of 3 are welcome to attend, but childcare won’t be provided.)
Due to the size of Central Market’s classrooms and having only 1 yoga teacher, space for the cooking demonstration and yoga class is limited; however, we invite EVERYONE to join us at 12pm for lunch in Central Market’s cafe and playtime on the playground!
