Jay Rock’s Gym was created in 1998 and is still in its original location. It was founded by Jay Rock, a former elite gymnast originally from Brooklyn, New York. Jay Rock’s Gym was opened with the premise to have a friendly, open environment where children can learn and develop life lessons through tumbling and cheerleading. Presently, Jay and his wife Kristen continue to coach and mentor children in the gym on a daily basis.

Our cheerleaders are taught to stretch, run, and get in great shape, just like the football teams. The physical strength it takes to cheer through an entire game is the same or greater than it does to play football the whole time. And our cheerleaders have to do it with a smile!
The importance of physical exercise for children can’t be overstated. The risks of injury in flag football are significantly lower than in tackle football and many other sports.

Krista, Doherty Nutrition’s Pediatric Registered Dietitian, is from Chicago, Illinois where she was previously working at La Rabida Children’s Hospital. During this time, she developed a passion for working with children of all ages and medical complexities. Krista is a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition as well as a Certified Lactation Counselor.
Krista has experience working with children and families who may struggle with nutrition complications associated with growth, prematurity, food allergies, breastfeeding difficulties, developmental delays, gastrointestinal issues, picky eating/problem feeding, as well as general guidelines for introducing solids and baby-led weaning.
J Summer Camps are available for children ages 2 through pre-K, as well as kids entering grades K-9. Teens 15 years and older are invited to participate as camp staff. Each camp is led by experienced and enthusiastic Adventure Guides.
Special interest camps include tennis, gymnastics, sports and performing arts. For the kids who want to do it all, Camp Chai incorporates swimming, sports, creative arts, music, science, Jewish traditions and more!
From a traditional day camp featuring memorable activities to half-day specialty camps, Parish Summer offers stimulating, fun and cost-effective summer programming for your child in the Dallas area. With hundreds of camps in academics, arts, athletics, languages, STEM and of course, fun, we strive to offer a summer day camp experience that will appeal to wide array of interests and levels.

The Taekwondo America junior program teaches self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, courtesy and teamwork in a fun environment. During a typical class students may participate in a variety of activities such as:

Adult and Teen classes provide an excellent strength training and aerobic workout for wide range of ages and abilities. Activities are designed to allow you to work out at your pace and level as strength, flexibility and endurance improve. In addition to learning your current belt level Form, practicing sparring or One-Steps and learning how to defend yourself, you might use targets, slammers, pushups, sit ups and the rail in a variety of fun and challenging activities to increase flexibility and improve muscle strength.
Express Cheer offers tumbling classes for ages 3 and up. We also offer specialty classes for non-tumbling skills.

Our classes run 45-55 minutes and are offered Monday through Friday. Our student-to-instructor ratios are kept low to ensure properly focused instruction and safety.

Established in 2012 by former Colorado Rockies pitcher Ricky Testa, the TR Baseball Organization is a nonprofit select baseball program based out of Dallas, TX. The foundation of the TR Baseball Organization is based on an intent of the growth of each player, taking a passionate approach to the game of baseball while promoting both core values, as well as advanced training methods, at an affordable service to the public. TR Baseball sets forth the highest of standards for all of our coaches, players, and families, which allows the organization to base our success not only on winning, but the overall player development of each individual. Our program takes great pride in the relationships we build with both our players and parents, while pushing each athlete to their own potential and goals. North Texas Performing Arts (NTPA) was founded in 1991 as the Plano Children’s Theatre and is headquartered in Plano, Texas. Its founder, Sara Akers, is a treasured member of the team and today oversees NTPA’s community outreach and diversity-expansion efforts. NTPA offers classes, camps, and productions in Collin and Dallas Counties for young people ages five through 18, and adult programming through its NTPA Repertory Theatre.
Introducing the Bridlewood Jr. Golf Academy, a junior golf program for boys and girls from ages 6 to 16. This multi‐level program offers instruction specific to the player’s ability from beginner to the elite junior.
