FBSA seeks to implant in the youth of this community ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence so they may be finer, stronger and happier youths who will grow to be good, clean, healthy adults. This objective shall be reached by providing supervised, competitive baseball/softball games. The Managers and Coaches shall bear in mind at all times that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or winning of games is secondary and the molding of the future citizens is of prime importance.
FMYSA started in 1990 to provide children in Flower Mound and the surrounding areas with a safe and organized environment to learn how to play baseball and softball in a recreational atmosphere. FMYSA has grown rapidly, with thousands of boys and girls playing baseball and softball on hundreds of teams.
We offer both Spring and Fall seasons. Our seasons generally run as follows:
Spring, early March to early June.
Fall, early September to late October.
Teams generally play 12 games in the Spring season and 10 games in the Fall season, generally 2 games a week. Weeknight games begin no earlier than 5:30 pm, with the last game starting around 8:00. Times vary by age group, with the younger age groups (5 and 6) playing the earlier games. Saturdays are big at FMYSA! Almost every team plays, with the first games usually starting at 9:00 am.
Extra Innings is everything baseball and softball. You can use our batting cages or tunnels, receive professional instruction, or buy equipment at our nationally recognized Pro Shop. We also have video games and a great room to host a Birthday Party!
Our batting cages and Pro Shop are open to walk-in visits. However, Reservations are recommended for private lessons, clinics and use of the tunnels.
Extra Innings offers private (1 student) and group lessons (3 or more students) on the mechanics of pitching, hitting and fielding.
D-BAT Lewisville is the Premier Baseball and Softball training facility in the country. D-BAT was founded in 1998 and is considered by many to be one of the premier baseball and softball training organizations in the country. The original D-BAT facility was located in North Dallas (Addison) with two employees – Cade and Kyle Griffis. As a former collegiate and professional baseball player, Cade has a core belief that each player plays a different game and should be taught to maximize his or her talents to suit their game.

Coppell Baseball Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the administrative body for youth baseball between the ages of 5 to 16 in which players are grouped into leagues for the Coppell Independent School District. The individual age appropriate leagues are designed to provide organized baseball activities focusing on individual instruction and teamwork in a positive, constructive and fun environment. CBA believes that if you teach young people to play by the rules, they will learn to live by the rules.
The leagues are designed to help young people develop into better adults through participation in organized, supervised competitive athletics. Sportsmanship, teamwork, self reliance, and self-discipline are some of the positive characteristics that are learned, along with how to win and how to accept defeat, by participation in organized league play. The Association (known as CBA) offers a variety of programs for inexperienced players to seasoned veterans looking for a competitive environment.
Centerfield Baseball Academy lessons are designed to enhance the 5 tools of baseball: hitting for average, hitting for power, arm strength, speed and defensive ability. By focusing on the fundamentals players of all ages and skill levels can become better baseball players.
Teaching youth baseball players important drills and correcting bad habits at an early age allows them to get a jump on their competition. Centerfield Baseball Academy boasts the finest coaches to work our sessions, including current and former pro players as well as current and former college players. Our staff of instructors is dedicated to helping bring out the best in youth baseball players across the state.
Athletic Performance Enhancement offers Professional Baseball Instruction from ages 7-18. We are the #1 Professional Baseball Instruction Facility in the Dallas-ForthWorth Metroplex. The City of Richardson has five outdoor pools for public swimming. In addition to the main pools, Glenville Pool has a splash playground and Terrace Pool and Canyon Creek Pool have baby pools. Scheduled Learn-to-Swim and Lifesaving classes are taught by Red Cross certified instructors. A fee is charged based on the individual class.
Our newest addition is the Heights Family Aquatic Center which was opened in the Summer of 2013. Here you can enjoy a leisure pool with a current channel, vortex, and splash features in our beach front entry. There is something here for the entire family including its tot pool, slides, and a lap pool with a basketball hoop.

We Get Results?
Lee Green Basketball has help several athletes continue their basketball career at the following Universities; Southeastern Oklahoma, Kansas Wesleyan University, Hamlin University (Minnesota), LeTourneau University, Central Christian College (Kansas), Corbin University (Oregon) and Case Western (Ohio) just to name a few.
Indoor pools are open year-round. The outdoor pool area is open during the summer season, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, when school is out. Pool schedules are subject to change without notice.

Welcome to the Tumble & Stunt Institute. TSI is a small and personable gym focused solely on the individual. If your sport or activity involves flipping or stunting, then you’re in the right place, whether you are a cheerleader, gymnast, dancer, urban gymnast, flair martial artist, fitness competitor, or an athlete wanting to learn a back flip to throw after the next big victory, with our staff’s background and experience, we can teach you how to safely progress your skills and goal(s). Besides providing excellent training to our customers, the Tumble & Stunt Institute is determined to provide an effective, safe and motivating experience in personal and team training. Our hope is that through the use of our facility and staff, the athlete’s enjoyment and appreciation for all levels of acrobatics will be enhanced.

Matt Sturgis was a competitive cheerleader, college cheerleader, a member of American Cheerleaders Association Staff where he traveled teaching summer camps and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1999. He has taught tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool gymnastics for fourteen years. Matt is USASF, USAG, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Le’Son Ivory is a former All-star, college, and professional cheerleader and in those years of cheer, was selected to perform in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Olympics, as well as winning All-American cheerleader for UCA and COA 3 consecutive years. Coach Lee is a former head instructor for Americheer and NCA. He is a national title winning coach and choreographer. Lee is USASF, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Carpe Diem Private Preschool is a private preschool serving children from infancy through kindergarten. We offer an experiential, hands-on curriculum that maximizes each student’s learning potential and exciting enrichment activities that develop creativity and enthusiasm towards learning. The Taekwondo America junior program teaches self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, courtesy and teamwork in a fun environment. During a typical class students may participate in a variety of activities such as:
Working with an instructor to learn or improve their Form, Practicing sparring or One-Step skills, Working with a partner on target drills to learn to punch and kick more effectively, participating in a relay race learning about bullies or Stranger Danger, Jumping rope, Practicing kick combination using the rail for support, and other fun cardio, strength and agility drills.
Adult and Teen classes provide an excellent strength training and aerobic workout for wide range of ages and abilities. Activities are designed to allow you to work out at your pace and level as strength, flexibility and endurance improve. In addition to learning your current belt level Form, practicing sparring or One-Steps and learning how to defend yourself, you might use targets, slammers, pushups, sit ups and the rail in a variety of fun and challenging activities to increase flexibility and improve muscle strength.

FIT is a non-profit 501(c)(3) member club of the United States Fencing Association dedicated to enriching lives through the sport of fencing. We are a full range school, teaching all three Olympic weapons (Épée, Foil & Sabre) and encouraging competitive team as well as recreational fencing for all ages!
Beginner lessons are conducted by our Staff of NAA certified coaches.
We also offer more advanced lessons. These lessons are conducted by either Bob Romero or Michael Braden. Their lessons begin at $35.00 per hour and go up from there depending upon time & content.
Video taping your form and shot execution as well as computer analysis is also available using the Dartfish Software.
