The Garland Volleyball Association exists to provide opportunities for children in Garland, Texas, and surrounding cities to learn and enjoy the game of volleyball. Recreational leagues, clinics, and skills camps are offered throughout the year. GVA activities promote the development of skills and the ideals of good sportsmanship. Through these organized athletic activities, GVA will contribute to the growth and development of the sport of volleyball in the Garland area.

Midcourt Tennis Academy exists to promote the growth of tennis with adults and juniors in and around Dallas.  We promote tennis through our world-class instruction, comprehensive programming, quality customer service, and extensive knowledge of club management and operations. Lake Highlands Soccer Association serves as the “Home Association” for about 1,800 youth players in the neighborhoods of Dallas and Richardson school districts.

The Taekwondo America junior program teaches self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, courtesy and teamwork in a fun environment. During a typical class students may participate in a variety of activities such as:

Working with an instructor to learn or improve their Form, Practicing sparring or One-Step skills, Working with a partner on target drills to learn to punch and kick more effectively, participating in a relay race learning about bullies or Stranger Danger, Jumping rope, Practicing kick combination using the rail for support, and other fun cardio, strength and agility drills.

Adult and Teen classes provide an excellent strength training and aerobic workout for wide range of ages and abilities. Activities are designed to allow you to work out at your pace and level as strength, flexibility and endurance improve. In addition to learning your current belt level Form, practicing sparring or One-Steps and learning how to defend yourself, you might use targets, slammers, pushups, sit ups and the rail in a variety of fun and challenging activities to increase flexibility and improve muscle strength.

Texas Elite Lacrosse presents the best players and coaches ever assembled in the Great State of Texas! The Richardson Gymnastics center is equipped with the finest gymnastics equipment available in order to offer your child the safest program possible.  Recessed trampolines, training pits, and equipment scaled to meet all ages and levels, ensure that the proper skill progressions can be taught, fears are reduced, and a safe environment provided.

The Gymnastics Place has been in business for over 25 years and has been under the current ownership of Billy Booth for the past 16 years. Billy has been actively involved in gymnastics for over 35 years. Before owning The Gymnastics Place, Billy coached state, regional, and national champion gymnasts. While under Billy’s directorship, 22 former team members received full gymnastics scholarships to Universities across the United States. Billy has also served as a member of the State USA Gymnastics Board for over 22 years. In 1998, Billy was elected as a Life Member in the Gymnastics Association of Texas for his service to children and coaches throughout the years.
