Jay Rock’s Gym was created in 1998 and is still in its original location. It was founded by Jay Rock, a former elite gymnast originally from Brooklyn, New York. Jay Rock’s Gym was opened with the premise to have a friendly, open environment where children can learn and develop life lessons through tumbling and cheerleading. Presently, Jay and his wife Kristen continue to coach and mentor children in the gym on a daily basis.
Express Cheer offers tumbling classes for ages 3 and up. We also offer specialty classes for non-tumbling skills.
Whether you are beginner or very experienced, we have a class for you!
Our classes run 45-55 minutes and are offered Monday through Friday. Our student-to-instructor ratios are kept low to ensure properly focused instruction and safety.

Express offers a state-of-the art training experience, with nearly 15,000 square feet of training space.
Our space includes: Two full size competition-spring floors, an 80-foot rod floor, two 30 x 42 foot class areas, three above ground trampolines, a wall of mirrors, a 30-foot TumblTrak, professional sound system. Express Cheer features a pleasant parent viewing area and pro-shop.

Matt Sturgis was a competitive cheerleader, college cheerleader, a member of American Cheerleaders Association Staff where he traveled teaching summer camps and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1999. He has taught tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool gymnastics for fourteen years. Matt is USASF, USAG, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Le’Son Ivory is a former All-star, college, and professional cheerleader and in those years of cheer, was selected to perform in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Olympics, as well as winning All-American cheerleader for UCA and COA 3 consecutive years. Coach Lee is a former head instructor for Americheer and NCA. He is a national title winning coach and choreographer. Lee is USASF, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Cross Cheer was created as a ministry to reach young girls through the sport of cheerleading. We believe what the Bible says and integrate Christian teachings in to all we do!

Our athletes have learned sportsmanship and learned to work toward shared goals. ATTACK! Basketball Academy is a year-round program for all boys & girls in Kindergarten through High School who like to play basketball. All levels of ability are welcome and it is never too late to learn!
Our strategy is to develop a total basketball program through team practice, fundamental skills training and league play all while providing more of a personalized experience for each player.

The foundation of the TR Baseball Organization is based on an intent of the growth of each player, taking a passionate approach to the game of baseball while promoting both core values, as well as advanced training methods, at an affordable service to the public. TR Baseball sets forth the highest of standards for all of our coaches, players, and families, which allows the organization to base our success not only on winning, but the overall player development of each individual. The coaching staff is assembled of committed and highly sophisticated coaches that have competed both at the collegiate and professional levels in which they provide instruction to players at all ages in a positive stimulating manner. As an organization, TR Baseball seeks to compete against the best competition and work to achieve this by playing in the most competitive leagues, tournaments, and showcases. With the combination of committed players, a professional coaching staff, and an exceptional player to coach ratio, allows the organization to concentrate primarily on the developmental process of each individual player. PBA, a non-profit organization, hosts both recreational and competitive baseball for youth in the Plano and the surrounding communities. Children, ages 3 -18 years play in league and tournaments throughout the spring and fall seasons. PBA aspires to offer every child wanting to learn baseball the opportunity to develop the mental and physical skills needed to play through camps, clinics and regular team practices. Physical activity, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship are all emphasized for healthy life skills.
PBA is not only dedicated to our players, but also to the development of each of its umpires, volunteer coaches and assistants through training classes, coaching clinics and support from our staff, league commissioners, and the Board of Directors. By utilizing Major League Baseball, the rules of our sanctioning body and local PBA rules, our coaches teach respect and integrity for the game of baseball.

North Texas Performing Arts (NTPA) was founded in 1991 as the Plano Children’s Theatre and is headquartered in Plano, Texas. NTPA offers classes, camps, and productions in Collin and Dallas Counties for young people ages five through 18, and adult programming through its NTPA Repertory Theatre.

D-BAT Allen is the Premier Baseball and Softball training facility in the country. In addition to private baseball and softball lessons, we offer pitching machines with real baseballs and softballs, a fully-stocked Pro shop, over 50 camps and clinics and more.
D-BAT was founded in 1998 and is considered by many to be one of the premier baseball and softball training organizations in the country. The original D-BAT facility was located in North Dallas (Addison) with two employees – Cade and Kyle Griffis. As a former collegiate and professional baseball player, Cade has a core belief that each player plays a different game and should be taught to maximize his or her talents to suit their game.
Parish Save Our Summer (S.O.S.) is proud to present more than 70 distance learning options including fine arts, STEM, world language and fitness. Parents can choose from a menu of offerings of varied lengths in both the morning and afternoon. Structured, week-long sessions, where friends can learn, socialize, and create with our instructors, provide parents the opportunity to catch up on work or take a break. Many of our programs only require a laptop and a readiness to learn, while other camps come with a set of supplies for you to safely pick up before camp starts. The Northern Texas PGA offers a Team Golf Developmental Program which allows junior golfers (ages 7 to 14) to participate in 9 hole tournaments using a team format. It is geared towards the beginning level golfer who has little or no tournament experience and utilizes a format that provides for a less stressful playing environment.
Team Golf is played using a “best-ball” format in which players are paired up with another member of their team. That pair then plays 9 holes using the best score of the 2 players on each hole. This best-ball format allows each player to have a fun competitive experience without the pressures that an individual tournament format can produce.
