Pro Spirit is recognized by its peers and professional organizations as one of the top competitive cheerleading programs in the United States. Pro Spirit is one of only thirteen teams in the world that have competed every year at the Cheerleading World Championships.

Jeff, Diana and the entire Pro Spirit staff work hard to produce winning, competitive cheerleading teams. But more important is the work they do to build the confidence and self-esteem in all of the young people that belong to those squads. Winning is important, but it is not everything. The Pro Spirit staff wants the each girl to feel good about themselves, the progress they’re making as their skills and abilities grow, and the teams that they’re a part of. Cheerleading, as in any team sport, can be and is an important piece in developing the character of the people who participate in it. The lessons learned in competitive cheerleading can make its participants winners for life.

We believe that giving girls a strong foundation in body literacy sets them up for success in all areas of life: when a woman loves and respects her body, she will not accept anything less than the respect of others. To provide the support and education necessary for radical self-confidence, we offer classes for girls and teens on understanding puberty and the menstrual cycle. Mothers or adult female relatives are encouraged to attend with their daughters to share their experiences and expand their own knowledge.

Hi!

My name is Alberto and I work at Dallas Maids. We are the #1 online cleaning service in Dallas. I was looking over your website and see that you have a blog. I’m reaching out to see if you accept content/pitches for your blog from outside sources?

I’d love to write a non-promotional article on your website. You can publish under your name if you’d like. The article is free of charge. All I would ask for is attribution at the end of the post (with a link back to our website).

The reason I would like to do this is to help each other’s website gain strength in search engines. As we are both located in the same state, this is a great opportunity to help each other out.

If you’re interested, please let me know and I’ll happily send a few topic suggestions for your site. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Best regards,

Alberto

At Dallas Swim Kids, we ensure your children start off learning fundamental swimming skills and advance into improving their stroke technique and breathing methods as they continue through our different class levels. The safety of your child is our top priority, which is why we keep a small class size of a three-to-one student-to-teacher ratio. Not only does this keep everyone safe, it also allows for more individual attention to be given to each child, helping them improve personally. Our instructors are American Red Cross certified in CPR.
