North Texas Performing Arts (NTPA) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to developing the character of youth through quality performing arts education and family entertainment. NTPA’s vision is to light the passion of the performing arts for our youth, and ensure all youth have the opportunity for the profound experience of taking the stage and having their voices heard.
North Texas Performing Arts (NTPA) was founded in 1991 as the Plano Children’s Theatre and is headquartered in Plano, Texas. Its founder, Sara Akers, is a treasured member of the team and today oversees NTPA’s community outreach and diversity-expansion efforts. NTPA offers classes, camps, and productions in Collin and Dallas Counties for young people ages five through 18, and adult programming through its NTPA Repertory Theatre.

Our space includes: Two full size competition-spring floors, an 80-foot rod floor, two 30 x 42 foot class areas, three above ground trampolines, a wall of mirrors, a 30-foot TumblTrak, professional sound system. Express Cheer features a pleasant parent viewing area and pro-shop.

Matt Sturgis was a competitive cheerleader, college cheerleader, a member of American Cheerleaders Association Staff where he traveled teaching summer camps and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1999. He has taught tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool gymnastics for fourteen years. Matt is USASF, USAG, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Le’Son Ivory is a former All-star, college, and professional cheerleader and in those years of cheer, was selected to perform in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Olympics, as well as winning All-American cheerleader for UCA and COA 3 consecutive years. Coach Lee is a former head instructor for Americheer and NCA. He is a national title winning coach and choreographer. Lee is USASF, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Cross Cheer was created as a ministry to reach young girls through the sport of cheerleading. We believe what the Bible says and integrate Christian teachings in to all we do!

Our athletes have learned sportsmanship and learned to work toward shared goals. Young basketball players of all skill levels learn the game from the best camp coaching staff in Texas. Combining excellent coaching and a proven program focused on each camper, Dallas Mavericks Hoop Camp delivers valuable lessons and plenty of fun! ATTACK! Basketball Academy is a year-round program for all boys & girls in Kindergarten through High School who like to play basketball. All levels of ability are welcome and it is never too late to learn!
Our strategy is to develop a total basketball program through team practice, fundamental skills training and league play all while providing more of a personalized experience for each player.
We are constantly looking for kids who have the drive and passion to improve their basketball skills to help take them to the next level. ATTACK! Basketball Academy gives kids a positive experience and a head start in basketball.
Established in 2012 by former Colorado Rockies pitcher Ricky Testa, the TR Baseball Organization is a nonprofit select baseball program based out of Dallas, TX. The foundation of the TR Baseball Organization is based on an intent of the growth of each player, taking a passionate approach to the game of baseball while promoting both core values, as well as advanced training methods, at an affordable service to the public. TR Baseball sets forth the highest of standards for all of our coaches, players, and families, which allows the organization to base our success not only on winning, but the overall player development of each individual. On the baseball field, we teach confidence, a winning attitude, professionalism, managing failure, energy, and being a team player. As an organization, TR Baseball seeks to compete against the best competition and work to achieve this by playing in the most competitive leagues, tournaments, and showcases. With the combination of committed players, a professional coaching staff, and an exceptional player to coach ratio, allows the organization to concentrate primarily on the developmental process of each individual player. TR Baseball creates an environment that entails a family atmosphere that provides an opportunity for players at all skill levels/age groups and believes that with the proper preparation, discipline, and self-confidence, will provide the best opportunity for our players to succeed. In three years of existence, the coaching staff has proven their capability as TR Baseball, taking the DFW baseball community by storm by capturing eight championship titles along with throwing sixteen no hitters and two perfect games.

PBA, a non-profit organization, hosts both recreational and competitive baseball for youth in the Plano and the surrounding communities. Children, ages 3 -18 years play in league and tournaments throughout the spring and fall seasons. PBA aspires to offer every child wanting to learn baseball the opportunity to develop the mental and physical skills needed to play through camps, clinics and regular team practices. Physical activity, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship are all emphasized for healthy life skills.
PBA is not only dedicated to our players, but also to the development of each of its umpires, volunteer coaches and assistants through training classes, coaching clinics and support from our staff, league commissioners, and the Board of Directors. By utilizing Major League Baseball, the rules of our sanctioning body and local PBA rules, our coaches teach respect and integrity for the game of baseball.
All programs operated by PBA are open to all residents of Plano as well as any North Texas community regardless of race, age, socio-economic level, color, sex, national origin, religion, handicap status and geographic residency.

FBSA seeks to implant in the youth of this community ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence so they may be finer, stronger and happier youths who will grow to be good, clean, healthy adults. This objective shall be reached by providing supervised, competitive baseball/softball games. The Managers and Coaches shall bear in mind at all times that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or winning of games is secondary and the molding of the future citizens is of prime importance.
FMYSA started in 1990 to provide children in Flower Mound and the surrounding areas with a safe and organized environment to learn how to play baseball and softball in a recreational atmosphere. FMYSA has grown rapidly, with thousands of boys and girls playing baseball and softball on hundreds of teams.
We offer both Spring and Fall seasons. Our seasons generally run as follows:
Spring, early March to early June.
Fall, early September to late October.
Teams generally play 12 games in the Spring season and 10 games in the Fall season, generally 2 games a week. Weeknight games begin no earlier than 5:30 pm, with the last game starting around 8:00. Times vary by age group, with the younger age groups (5 and 6) playing the earlier games. Saturdays are big at FMYSA! Almost every team plays, with the first games usually starting at 9:00 am.

Our organization was established in 1995. We have won hundreds of local and national titles over the past 18 years. Our gym was one of the first invited to compete at the Worlds event in Orlando, Florida. We have won 5 Gold, 6 Silver and 2 Bronze titles at this prestigious event. We have also made NCA and ACA history by winning National Championship titles eight years consecutively in the same division. We were awarded Grand Champion in the Level 5 division at the 2010 NCA All-star Nationals.
We currently have teams ranging from Levels 1-5. Our teams are always highly competitive within their respective divisions. The Spirit of Texas staff provides the best, most disciplined training in the All-Star industry. We take pride in our ability to focus specific attention on each individual. We teach our students to excel in all areas of cheerleading. We strongly believe that our success originates from the dedication and commitment of our athletes and parents. Our students are self driven and motivated to achieve their goals. We encourage positive attitudes and respectful behavior among our students.

Coppell Baseball Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the administrative body for youth baseball between the ages of 5 to 16 in which players are grouped into leagues for the Coppell Independent School District. The individual age appropriate leagues are designed to provide organized baseball activities focusing on individual instruction and teamwork in a positive, constructive and fun environment. CBA believes that if you teach young people to play by the rules, they will learn to live by the rules.
The leagues are designed to help young people develop into better adults through participation in organized, supervised competitive athletics. Sportsmanship, teamwork, self reliance, and self-discipline are some of the positive characteristics that are learned, along with how to win and how to accept defeat, by participation in organized league play. The Association (known as CBA) offers a variety of programs for inexperienced players to seasoned veterans looking for a competitive environment.

HOW WE DO IT
Utilizing a multi-sensory and hands-on approach, we use research-based teaching strategies to teach kids and build a strong academic foundation. Rooted in diagnostic assessment, we choose a systematic curriculum and tailor it to best meet each and every child’s specific needs and learning styles ranging from dyslexia to ADHD. Our goal at I Heart Learning is to create a fun and creative environment to foster a passion for reading and to build self-confidence. When given access to this premier instruction, students see up to 50% growth in reading scores in just a few months of instruction. In addition to higher confidence in reading, our students begin to believe in themselves and LOVE school again! We adore our I Heart Learning family, and know you will too!

Every student begins with a skills assessment that helps us identify the right instruction for your child. No curriculum is a one size fits all, so we customize lessons based on each student and their needs. No matter the “diagnosis” we create a plan based on your child’s learning profile.
