Pro Spirit is recognized by its peers and professional organizations as one of the top competitive cheerleading programs in the United States. Pro Spirit is one of only thirteen teams in the world that have competed every year at the Cheerleading World Championships.
Jeff, Diana and the entire Pro Spirit staff work hard to produce winning, competitive cheerleading teams. But more important is the work they do to build the confidence and self-esteem in all of the young people that belong to those squads. Winning is important, but it is not everything. The Pro Spirit staff wants the each girl to feel good about themselves, the progress they’re making as their skills and abilities grow, and the teams that they’re a part of. Cheerleading, as in any team sport, can be and is an important piece in developing the character of the people who participate in it. The lessons learned in competitive cheerleading can make its participants winners for life.
Jay Rock’s Gym was created in 1998 and is still in its original location. It was founded by Jay Rock, a former elite gymnast originally from Brooklyn, New York. Jay Rock’s Gym was opened with the premise to have a friendly, open environment where children can learn and develop life lessons through tumbling and cheerleading. Presently, Jay and his wife Kristen continue to coach and mentor children in the gym on a daily basis.

Matt Sturgis was a competitive cheerleader, college cheerleader, a member of American Cheerleaders Association Staff where he traveled teaching summer camps and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1999. He has taught tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool gymnastics for fourteen years. Matt is USASF, USAG, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Le’Son Ivory is a former All-star, college, and professional cheerleader and in those years of cheer, was selected to perform in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Olympics, as well as winning All-American cheerleader for UCA and COA 3 consecutive years. Coach Lee is a former head instructor for Americheer and NCA. He is a national title winning coach and choreographer. Lee is USASF, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Cross Cheer was created as a ministry to reach young girls through the sport of cheerleading. We believe what the Bible says and integrate Christian teachings in to all we do!

ATTACK! Basketball Academy is a year-round program for all boys & girls in Kindergarten through High School who like to play basketball. All levels of ability are welcome and it is never too late to learn!
Our strategy is to develop a total basketball program through team practice, fundamental skills training and league play all while providing more of a personalized experience for each player.

Established in 2012 by former Colorado Rockies pitcher Ricky Testa, the TR Baseball Organization is a nonprofit select baseball program based out of Dallas, TX. The foundation of the TR Baseball Organization is based on an intent of the growth of each player, taking a passionate approach to the game of baseball while promoting both core values, as well as advanced training methods, at an affordable service to the public. TR Baseball sets forth the highest of standards for all of our coaches, players, and families, which allows the organization to base our success not only on winning, but the overall player development of each individual. As an organization, TR Baseball seeks to compete against the best competition and work to achieve this by playing in the most competitive leagues, tournaments, and showcases. With the combination of committed players, a professional coaching staff, and an exceptional player to coach ratio, allows the organization to concentrate primarily on the developmental process of each individual player. PBA, a non-profit organization, hosts both recreational and competitive baseball for youth in the Plano and the surrounding communities. Children, ages 3 -18 years play in league and tournaments throughout the spring and fall seasons. PBA aspires to offer every child wanting to learn baseball the opportunity to develop the mental and physical skills needed to play through camps, clinics and regular team practices. Physical activity, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship are all emphasized for healthy life skills.
PBA is not only dedicated to our players, but also to the development of each of its umpires, volunteer coaches and assistants through training classes, coaching clinics and support from our staff, league commissioners, and the Board of Directors. By utilizing Major League Baseball, the rules of our sanctioning body and local PBA rules, our coaches teach respect and integrity for the game of baseball.

The City of Richardson has five outdoor pools for public swimming. In addition to the main pools, Glenville Pool has a splash playground and Terrace Pool and Canyon Creek Pool have baby pools. Scheduled Learn-to-Swim and Lifesaving classes are taught by Red Cross certified instructors. A fee is charged based on the individual class.
Our newest addition is the Heights Family Aquatic Center which was opened in the Summer of 2013. Here you can enjoy a leisure pool with a current channel, vortex, and splash features in our beach front entry. There is something here for the entire family including its tot pool, slides, and a lap pool with a basketball hoop.

Our organization was established in 1995. We have won hundreds of local and national titles over the past 18 years. Our gym was one of the first invited to compete at the Worlds event in Orlando, Florida. We have won 5 Gold, 6 Silver and 2 Bronze titles at this prestigious event. We have also made NCA and ACA history by winning National Championship titles eight years consecutively in the same division. We were awarded Grand Champion in the Level 5 division at the 2010 NCA All-star Nationals.
We currently have teams ranging from Levels 1-5. Our teams are always highly competitive within their respective divisions. The Spirit of Texas staff provides the best, most disciplined training in the All-Star industry. We take pride in our ability to focus specific attention on each individual. The Farmers Branch Youth Football and Cheer Association (FBYFCA) is an independent non-profit organization of parents and concerned citizens that has come together to provide a Football and Cheer experience for the youth of our community. All money goes to support team supplies and activities. This is a combined organization supporting BOTH Football and Cheer activities.
FBYFCA FootballTeams are organized with 5-6 year old’s playing flag football with 10 minute running clock quarters, and the coach on the field. 7-8 year old’s (Bantam) play tackle football, with 10 minute quarters and the coach on the field. 9-10 year old’s (Juniors), and 11-12 year old’s (Seniors) that are not already playing in Jr. High Football) play tackle football, with 10 minute quarters.
FBFYCA Cheerleaders are organized in teams with ages similar to the team they are to cheer for. As your Cheer Coach’s and Assistants we will strive to instill tradition, honor, commitment and pride in our teams and in each other. We will build a solid foundation based on trust and loyalty. We will work to be organized, consistent and supportive to make this an exemplary cheer program and a positive experience.
We schedule our regular season games with other community organizations located in the area and play in the Carrollton Youth Football League (CYFL).

Coppell Baseball Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the administrative body for youth baseball between the ages of 5 to 16 in which players are grouped into leagues for the Coppell Independent School District. The individual age appropriate leagues are designed to provide organized baseball activities focusing on individual instruction and teamwork in a positive, constructive and fun environment. CBA believes that if you teach young people to play by the rules, they will learn to live by the rules.
The leagues are designed to help young people develop into better adults through participation in organized, supervised competitive athletics. Sportsmanship, teamwork, self reliance, and self-discipline are some of the positive characteristics that are learned, along with how to win and how to accept defeat, by participation in organized league play. The Association (known as CBA) offers a variety of programs for inexperienced players to seasoned veterans looking for a competitive environment.
