Express offers a state-of-the art training experience, with nearly 15,000 square feet of training space.
Our space includes: Two full size competition-spring floors, an 80-foot rod floor, two 30 x 42 foot class areas, three above ground trampolines, a wall of mirrors, a 30-foot TumblTrak, professional sound system. Express Cheer features a pleasant parent viewing area and pro-shop.

Matt Sturgis was a competitive cheerleader, college cheerleader, a member of American Cheerleaders Association Staff where he traveled teaching summer camps and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1999. He has taught tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool gymnastics for fourteen years. Matt is USASF, USAG, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Le’Son Ivory is a former All-star, college, and professional cheerleader and in those years of cheer, was selected to perform in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Olympics, as well as winning All-American cheerleader for UCA and COA 3 consecutive years. Coach Lee is a former head instructor for Americheer and NCA. He is a national title winning coach and choreographer. Lee is USASF, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Cross Cheer was created as a ministry to reach young girls through the sport of cheerleading. We believe what the Bible says and integrate Christian teachings in to all we do!

Our athletes have learned sportsmanship and learned to work toward shared goals. Young basketball players of all skill levels learn the game from the best camp coaching staff in Texas. Our professional coaches are handpicked for their basketball knowledge and ability to work well with kids. All players learn the fundamentals of the game, and also learn to communicate with other teammates and coaches while learning sportsmanship and responsibility. Combining excellent coaching and a proven program focused on each camper, Dallas Mavericks Hoop Camp delivers valuable lessons and plenty of fun! If you have played on your local YMCA team, play basketball only during the basketball season, the Mavs Hoop Camp will be perfect for you.
ATTACK! Basketball Academy is a year-round program for all boys & girls in Kindergarten through High School who like to play basketball. All levels of ability are welcome and it is never too late to learn!
Our strategy is to develop a total basketball program through team practice, fundamental skills training and league play all while providing more of a personalized experience for each player.
We are constantly looking for kids who have the drive and passion to improve their basketball skills to help take them to the next level. ATTACK! Basketball Academy gives kids a positive experience and a head start in basketball.
Established in 2012 by former Colorado Rockies pitcher Ricky Testa, the TR Baseball Organization is a nonprofit select baseball program based out of Dallas, TX. The foundation of the TR Baseball Organization is based on an intent of the growth of each player, taking a passionate approach to the game of baseball while promoting both core values, as well as advanced training methods, at an affordable service to the public. TR Baseball sets forth the highest of standards for all of our coaches, players, and families, which allows the organization to base our success not only on winning, but the overall player development of each individual. Our program takes great pride in the relationships we build with both our players and parents, while pushing each athlete to their own potential and goals. As an organization, we believe that determination, commitment, hard work can bridge the gap between potential and true performance.

On the baseball field, we teach confidence, a winning attitude, professionalism, managing failure, energy, and being a team player. As an organization, TR Baseball seeks to compete against the best competition and work to achieve this by playing in the most competitive leagues, tournaments, and showcases. With the combination of committed players, a professional coaching staff, and an exceptional player to coach ratio, allows the organization to concentrate primarily on the developmental process of each individual player. TR Baseball creates an environment that entails a family atmosphere that provides an opportunity for players at all skill levels/age groups and believes that with the proper preparation, discipline, and self-confidence, will provide the best opportunity for our players to succeed. The players will learn to play the game the right way with a confident mental approach and sound fundamentals both offensively and defensively. In three years of existence, the coaching staff has proven their capability as TR Baseball, taking the DFW baseball community by storm by capturing eight championship titles along with throwing sixteen no hitters and two perfect games.

PBA, a non-profit organization, hosts both recreational and competitive baseball for youth in the Plano and the surrounding communities. Children, ages 3 -18 years play in league and tournaments throughout the spring and fall seasons. PBA aspires to offer every child wanting to learn baseball the opportunity to develop the mental and physical skills needed to play through camps, clinics and regular team practices. Physical activity, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship are all emphasized for healthy life skills.
PBA is not only dedicated to our players, but also to the development of each of its umpires, volunteer coaches and assistants through training classes, coaching clinics and support from our staff, league commissioners, and the Board of Directors. By utilizing Major League Baseball, the rules of our sanctioning body and local PBA rules, our coaches teach respect and integrity for the game of baseball.
All programs operated by PBA are open to all residents of Plano as well as any North Texas community regardless of race, age, socio-economic level, color, sex, national origin, religion, handicap status and geographic residency.

But this year, we have made a change: Our Lakeside Market and White Rock have now combined. in 2016, the Lakeside Market will now be every Saturday at Lakeside Baptist Church – just a mile from the former Green Spot location – from March to December.

Krista is a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition as well as a Certified Lactation Counselor.
Krista has experience working with children and families who may struggle with nutrition complications associated with growth, prematurity, food allergies, breastfeeding difficulties, developmental delays, gastrointestinal issues, picky eating/problem feeding, as well as general guidelines for introducing solids and baby-led weaning.

Providing junior athletes in the 1st through 12th grades with a positive environment to train, learn and compete. Practices, games, professional training, and tournaments are carefully designed to advance the development of athletic skills and strategy of the game, while instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship and integrity. Athletes will develop the physical and mental skills necessary for competitive volleyball. LoneStar has training and competitive play for all junior athletes from new to the sport up to elite and club athletes. LoneStar’s heavily touted curriculum helps create a solid framework for volleyball athletes at all levels.
