or exploring the many interactive exhibits and kid’s activities in our educational play space.
Adults are welcome to join in on the adventure, or sit back and relax
while their children discover a world that is just their size in our interactive children’s museum.
You are welcome to bring your kids up to the Treefort during the week or on Sundays to play!
- We do not take reservations for the treefort
- No food or drink is allowed on the treefort
- Playtime in the treefort will not be supervised by a Watermark Staff Member or Volunteer. Adults will need to monitor children at all times.
- Watermark is not responsible for any injuries on the treefort.
- The treefort cannot be used for Birthday Parties or Celebrations.

Providing junior athletes in the 1st through 12th grades with a positive environment to train, learn and compete. Practices, games, professional training, and tournaments are carefully designed to advance the development of athletic skills and strategy of the game, while instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship and integrity. Athletes will develop the physical and mental skills necessary for competitive volleyball. LoneStar has training and competitive play for all junior athletes from new to the sport up to elite and club athletes. LoneStar’s heavily touted curriculum helps create a solid framework for volleyball athletes at all levels.
The Garland Volleyball Association exists to provide opportunities for children in Garland, Texas, and surrounding cities to learn and enjoy the game of volleyball. Recreational leagues, clinics, and skills camps are offered throughout the year. GVA activities promote the development of skills and the ideals of good sportsmanship. Splash Factory is an interactive water park located at 601 E. Grand Prairie Road, just south of Jefferson and west of Beltline behind Charley Taylor Recreation Center.
The Splash Factory features age-specific play areas including a water wall, ground sprays, play structures, a magic touch water gun, spray cannons and power geysers. Six touch buttons allow children to interact with the play features.
At maximum capacity, the Splash Factory can pump 2,000 gallons of re-circulated water per minute, enough to fill an average in-ground backyard swimming pool in 11 minutes. To conserve water, the city installed a swimming filter and chlorination system that re-circulates water through the park. Staff monitor and enforce age requirements for the different play areas.
