Flagfootball4fun youth sports programs are committed to providing a safe, fun and skill-based experience for kids between the ages of 4 and 14. We are a national youth sports company with local flag leagues, football camps and cheerleading in over 25 communities.

At FlagFootball4Fun, we understand this, so we do everything we can to reduce the risk of injury and increase the health benefits of our flag football and cheerleading camps and games.

Our flag football teams are coached by experienced coaches, many of whom have professional and college-level experience. Their commitment to helping our kids get in great shape is even bigger than their commitment to having a good time.

Our cheerleaders are taught to stretch, run, and get in great shape, just like the football teams. The physical strength it takes to cheer through an entire game is the same or greater than it does to play football the whole time. And our cheerleaders have to do it with a smile!

The importance of physical exercise for children can’t be overstated. The risks of injury in flag football are significantly lower than in tackle football and many other sports.

Our children learn to play football and to play together. More importantly, they learn to stay in great shape and feel better. At FlagFootball4Fun, we are committed to our children’s physical health, now and for the rest of their lives.

Throughout our lives, we work with others to achieve common goals. Physical fitness and health are important, but teamwork is a skill more valuable than tumbling or athletic ability. Our athletes have learned sportsmanship and learned to work toward shared goals. We have collected more than enough trophies, banners, medals, rings, and jackets to fill our gyms, but we are most proud of the life lessons that we have given the athletes in our program.

We are an indoor year round swimming and fitness center in Plano Texas. Specializing in infant to adult learn to swim program, water wellness-aerobics, therapy, rehab classes, swim programs for the special child, advanced level swim classes for swimmers interested in swim team or endurance swimming, triathlon training and Fun 2B Fit. Land classes include easy flow gentle yoga and Sit N Fit. In our retail store A & B Splash Shop, you will find suits for fitness and cruise, water wellness exercise equipment, swim toys, cover-ups, swim jackets and shoes for the pool. FMYSA started in 1990 to provide children in Flower Mound and the surrounding areas with a safe and organized environment to learn how to play baseball and softball in a recreational atmosphere. FMYSA has grown rapidly, with thousands of boys and girls playing baseball and softball on hundreds of teams.

We offer both Spring and Fall seasons. Our seasons generally run as follows:

Spring, early March to early June.
Fall, early September to late October.

Teams generally play 12 games in the Spring season and 10 games in the Fall season, generally 2 games a week. Weeknight games begin no earlier than 5:30 pm, with the last game starting around 8:00. Times vary by age group, with the younger age groups (5 and 6) playing the earlier games. Saturdays are big at FMYSA! Almost every team plays, with the first games usually starting at 9:00 am.

Beldam Womancare provides reproductive health education and support to women and girls. We believe that giving girls a strong foundation in body literacy sets them up for success in all areas of life: when a woman loves and respects her body, she will not accept anything less than the respect of others. To provide the support and education necessary for radical self-confidence, we offer classes for girls and teens on understanding puberty and the menstrual cycle. Mothers or adult female relatives are encouraged to attend with their daughters to share their experiences and expand their own knowledge.

PBA, a non-profit organization, hosts both recreational and competitive baseball for youth in the Plano and the surrounding communities. Children, ages 3 -18 years play in league and tournaments throughout the spring and fall seasons. PBA aspires to offer every child wanting to learn baseball the opportunity to develop the mental and physical skills needed to play through camps, clinics and regular team practices. Physical activity, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship are all emphasized for healthy life skills.

PBA is not only dedicated to our players, but also to the development of each of its umpires, volunteer coaches and assistants through training classes, coaching clinics and support from our staff, league commissioners, and the Board of Directors. By utilizing Major League Baseball, the rules of our sanctioning body and local PBA rules, our coaches teach respect and integrity for the game of baseball.

All programs operated by PBA are open to all residents of Plano as well as any North Texas community regardless of race, age, socio-economic level, color, sex, national origin, religion, handicap status and geographic residency.

The Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center (NAEC), located at the Dallas Executive Airport, provides hands-on learning opportunities and activities for all ages. Our mission is to Honor the Past, Empower the Future. Visit us to be inspired by aviation and history while developing leadership and 21st century job skills. No matter the career, strong skills in communication, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and citizenship will help individuals of all ages be more successful.

The NAEC is the flagship of the American Airpower Heritage Museum (AAHM), an affiliate of the Commemorative Air Force. The Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center was named in honor of Henry Tippie, a World War II veteran.
