This objective shall be reached by providing supervised, competitive baseball/softball games. Trained professionals in a teaching environment with a curriculum that is the talk of the baseball & softball world.

One simple statement, one powerful message. Yet, it has been the foundation upon which Frozen Ropes has grown into the most recognized name in baseball and softball instruction.

No other company has been able to influence how players are developed in both the amateur and professional market more than Frozen Ropes.

Integrating the latest research in areas such as biomechanics, motor learning, sports psychology, visual training and strength and conditioning, the Frozen Ropes instructional model has challenged and changed the teaching methods now being used in the United States and abroad.

Gather the best instructional information and present it to players with consistency and passion. With that directive, Tony Abbatine, the National Director of Instruction started the journey, believing that teaching was a skill that was never truly mastered and that athletic success went well beyond physical training.

With more than 20 years in business, we have taken our game to the next level. With the help of our expanded sales and marketing team, the Frozen Ropes business model has given our locations the best of both worlds; top level instruction with an industry best business and operations model.

Today, the market is managed by the Rotary Club of Frisco. Local growers offer juicy melons, peaches, vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh corn on the cob and lots more. Also offered are baked breads, meat from local ranchers, honey, arts and crafts, and various other products.

The market allows consumers to have access to locally grown, farm fresh produce, enables farmers the opportunity to develop a personal relationship with their customers, and cultivate consumer loyalty with the farmers who grow the produce. Come grow with us!

Throughout our lives, we work with others to achieve common goals. Physical fitness and health are important, but teamwork is a skill more valuable than tumbling or athletic ability. Our athletes have learned sportsmanship and learned to work toward shared goals. We have collected more than enough trophies, banners, medals, rings, and jackets to fill our gyms, but we are most proud of the life lessons that we have given the athletes in our program.
