We have also made NCA and ACA history by winning National Championship titles eight years consecutively in the same division. We were awarded Grand Champion in the Level 5 division at the 2010 NCA All-star Nationals.
We currently have teams ranging from Levels 1-5. Our teams are always highly competitive within their respective divisions. The Spirit of Texas staff provides the best, most disciplined training in the All-Star industry. We take pride in our ability to focus specific attention on each individual. We teach our students to excel in all areas of cheerleading. We strongly believe that our success originates from the dedication and commitment of our athletes and parents. Our students are self driven and motivated to achieve their goals. We encourage positive attitudes and respectful behavior among our students.

Pro Spirit is recognized by its peers and professional organizations as one of the top competitive cheerleading programs in the United States. Pro Spirit is one of only thirteen teams in the world that have competed every year at the Cheerleading World Championships.
Jeff, Diana and the entire Pro Spirit staff work hard to produce winning, competitive cheerleading teams. But more important is the work they do to build the confidence and self-esteem in all of the young people that belong to those squads. Winning is important, but it is not everything. The Pro Spirit staff wants the each girl to feel good about themselves, the progress they’re making as their skills and abilities grow, and the teams that they’re a part of. Cheerleading, as in any team sport, can be and is an important piece in developing the character of the people who participate in it. The lessons learned in competitive cheerleading can make its participants winners for life.
Jay Rock’s Gym was created in 1998 and is still in its original location. It was founded by Jay Rock, a former elite gymnast originally from Brooklyn, New York. Jay Rock’s Gym was opened with the premise to have a friendly, open environment where children can learn and develop life lessons through tumbling and cheerleading. Presently, Jay and his wife Kristen continue to coach and mentor children in the gym on a daily basis.

Express offers a state-of-the art training experience, with nearly 15,000 square feet of training space.
Our space includes: Two full size competition-spring floors, an 80-foot rod floor, two 30 x 42 foot class areas, three above ground trampolines, a wall of mirrors, a 30-foot TumblTrak, professional sound system. Express Cheer features a pleasant parent viewing area and pro-shop.

Matt Sturgis was a competitive cheerleader, college cheerleader, a member of American Cheerleaders Association Staff where he traveled teaching summer camps and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1999. He has taught tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool gymnastics for fourteen years. Matt is USASF, USAG, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Le’Son Ivory is a former All-star, college, and professional cheerleader and in those years of cheer, was selected to perform in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Olympics, as well as winning All-American cheerleader for UCA and COA 3 consecutive years. Coach Lee is a former head instructor for Americheer and NCA. He is a national title winning coach and choreographer. Lee is USASF, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Cross Cheer was created as a ministry to reach young girls through the sport of cheerleading. We believe what the Bible says and integrate Christian teachings in to all we do!

Young basketball players of all skill levels learn the game from the best camp coaching staff in Texas. Combining excellent coaching and a proven program focused on each camper, Dallas Mavericks Hoop Camp delivers valuable lessons and plenty of fun! ATTACK! Basketball Academy is a year-round program for all boys & girls in Kindergarten through High School who like to play basketball. All levels of ability are welcome and it is never too late to learn!
Our strategy is to develop a total basketball program through team practice, fundamental skills training and league play all while providing more of a personalized experience for each player.

Established in 2012 by former Colorado Rockies pitcher Ricky Testa, the TR Baseball Organization is a nonprofit select baseball program based out of Dallas, TX. The foundation of the TR Baseball Organization is based on an intent of the growth of each player, taking a passionate approach to the game of baseball while promoting both core values, as well as advanced training methods, at an affordable service to the public. TR Baseball sets forth the highest of standards for all of our coaches, players, and families, which allows the organization to base our success not only on winning, but the overall player development of each individual. HOW WE DO IT
Utilizing a multi-sensory and hands-on approach, we use research-based teaching strategies to teach kids and build a strong academic foundation. Rooted in diagnostic assessment, we choose a systematic curriculum and tailor it to best meet each and every child’s specific needs and learning styles ranging from dyslexia to ADHD. Our goal at I Heart Learning is to create a fun and creative environment to foster a passion for reading and to build self-confidence. When given access to this premier instruction, students see up to 50% growth in reading scores in just a few months of instruction. Every student begins with a skills assessment that helps us identify the right instruction for your child.
