ATTACK! Basketball Academy is a year-round program for all boys & girls in Kindergarten through High School who like to play basketball. All levels of ability are welcome and it is never too late to learn!
Our strategy is to develop a total basketball program through team practice, fundamental skills training and league play all while providing more of a personalized experience for each player.

Welcome to the Tumble & Stunt Institute. TSI is a small and personable gym focused solely on the individual. If your sport or activity involves flipping or stunting, then you’re in the right place, whether you are a cheerleader, gymnast, dancer, urban gymnast, flair martial artist, fitness competitor, or an athlete wanting to learn a back flip to throw after the next big victory, with our staff’s background and experience, we can teach you how to safely progress your skills and goal(s). Besides providing excellent training to our customers, the Tumble & Stunt Institute is determined to provide an effective, safe and motivating experience in personal and team training. Our hope is that through the use of our facility and staff, the athlete’s enjoyment and appreciation for all levels of acrobatics will be enhanced.

Athletic Performance Enhancement offers Professional Baseball Instruction from ages 7-18. We are the #1 Professional Baseball Instruction Facility in the Dallas-ForthWorth Metroplex. APE also offers Strength and Conditioning programs for Males and Females while also specializing in Injury Prevention. The original D-BAT facility was located in North Dallas (Addison) with two employees – Cade and Kyle Griffis. As a former collegiate and professional baseball player, Cade has a core belief that each player plays a different game and should be taught to maximize his or her talents to suit their game.

316 Counseling Center is thrilled to be hosting our first-ever summer camps! Our June camp is designed for children ages 5-7 and will be led by therapists and therapists-in-training. These therapeutic fun-filled camps will include special art projects, indoor/outdoor games, and activities to enhance self-regulation.
The session will run from Monday, June 20 to Friday, June 24th from 9 am-12 pm. The cost is $349 for the week and includes all snacks and supplies. The second session is geared for ages 8-11 will run from Monday, July 11 to Friday, July 15th from 9 am-12 pm. The cost is $349 for the week and includes all snacks and supplies. The Taekwondo America junior program teaches self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, courtesy and teamwork in a fun environment. During a typical class students may participate in a variety of activities such as:
Working with an instructor to learn or improve their Form, Practicing sparring or One-Step skills, Working with a partner on target drills to learn to punch and kick more effectively, participating in a relay race learning about bullies or Stranger Danger, Jumping rope, Practicing kick combination using the rail for support, and other fun cardio, strength and agility drills.
Adult and Teen classes provide an excellent strength training and aerobic workout for wide range of ages and abilities. Activities are designed to allow you to work out at your pace and level as strength, flexibility and endurance improve. In addition to learning your current belt level Form, practicing sparring or One-Steps and learning how to defend yourself, you might use targets, slammers, pushups, sit ups and the rail in a variety of fun and challenging activities to increase flexibility and improve muscle strength.
Cross Cheer was created as a ministry to reach young girls through the sport of cheerleading. We believe what the Bible says and integrate Christian teachings in to all we do!

Doherty Nutrition provides one-on-one nutrition counseling and has dietitians specialized in medical nutrition therapy, diabetes, pediatrics, oncology, sports nutrition, eating disorders, and more!
Krista, Doherty Nutrition’s Pediatric Registered Dietitian, is from Chicago, Illinois where she was previously working at La Rabida Children’s Hospital. During this time, she developed a passion for working with children of all ages and medical complexities. Krista is a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition as well as a Certified Lactation Counselor.
Krista has experience working with children and families who may struggle with nutrition complications associated with growth, prematurity, food allergies, breastfeeding difficulties, developmental delays, gastrointestinal issues, picky eating/problem feeding, as well as general guidelines for introducing solids and baby-led weaning.
