FIT is a non-profit 501(c)(3) member club of the United States Fencing Association dedicated to enriching lives through the sport of fencing. We are a full range school, teaching all three Olympic weapons (Épée, Foil & Sabre) and encouraging competitive team as well as recreational fencing for all ages!

Our goal is to provide a competitive youth tackle football league which emphasizes good sportsmanship, integrity and opportunity. These elements will not only help shape your son as a football player and athlete, but also as a young man.

We want to provide freedom and flexibility to our league coaches by providing them the opportunity to cultivate and build their rosters from season to season. We provide our players and families the opportunity to develop tenure with a single team, eliminating the need to start over each season with a new team. The development of all our players both on and off the field is our first priority.

The general public are invited to experience archery with us!… just walk-in during our posted public hours. Attend a Discover Archery class, get a range pass, book a lesson, enjoy our Learning Path archery classes or Bowhunting University, join a competitive target archery team.

Located in the “Historic Silos” of Carrolloton and desiginated a historical landmark on May 21st, 2011. Used by climbers of all ages and abilities from scouts to world class climbers, no one in Dallas wanted to see the “Silos” closed.

“The North Texas OPC” as it is called includes indoor rock climbing, outfitting, rock climbing & wilderness trips, backpacking gear rentals, kayak rentals, instructional courses in both rock climbing & backpacking as well as a map room, book room and snack bar.

The North Texas Outdoor Pursuit Center will be housed in the newly historically renovated grain silos, the historical renovation includes new historically correct lighting through out circa. 1940, Architectural 1940’s barn/farmhouse features include corrugated metal, knotty pine flooring, front counter features, painting schemes, glass floor showcasing the original grain processing equipment as it sits today, lounge area showcasing the research document and photos used to get historical designation, remodeled restrooms circa. 1940 and much more.

We are a makers workshop space and music lesson studio offering classes in various creative arts, private lessons in piano, voice, guitar, and violin, as well as group classes for beginners of all ages. Our classes and lessons offer something for all ages! Make workshops are taught by local artists who specialize in their given craft. Check out our website for all of the current offerings. Carrollton Youth Football League(CYFL) is a non-profit organization delivering athletic programs for the children of our community and surrounding areas that develop teamwork, physical conditioning, goal setting, sportsmanship, self-esteem, competitive spirit, and other positive attributes to enable them to achieve greater gains in school, and in life. It is our hope that the volunteers involved with our organization set positive examples of how to give back to the community — and in doing so, set the stage for the children we serve to one day carry on the tradition of service through involvement with youth sports.

CYFL provides youth football, cheerleading & drill programs for ages 5-12. CYFL carries a proud 30-year history heading into our 2016 season. The program accommodated 400+ boys and 100+ girls spread across 21 teams in the 2015 season.

The Academy of Classical Karate is one of a kind! We produce outstanding Karate students and Karate Athletes by focusing on true character development. Prepare to learn about Courage, Courtesy, Integrity, Humility and Self Control as you become more confident, aware, healthy and physically capable of defending yourself if needed through the study of Karate.

We hope the gymnast has as much fun as possible while learning at the optimal level. We strive to challenge the gymnast as much as possible, while allowing the gymnast to continue to love the sport!

We believe that outstanding performance is achieved by the accumulation of skill and confidence in a progression. Gymnastics is the best sport in the world to teach this discipline, a quality that benefits a child in gymnastics and in life!

Our teaching priorities are safety, fun and skill acquisition.

Throughout our lives, we work with others to achieve common goals. Physical fitness and health are important, but teamwork is a skill more valuable than tumbling or athletic ability. Our athletes have learned sportsmanship and learned to work toward shared goals. We have collected more than enough trophies, banners, medals, rings, and jackets to fill our gyms, but we are most proud of the life lessons that we have given the athletes in our program.

We are an indoor year round swimming and fitness center in Plano Texas. Specializing in infant to adult learn to swim program, water wellness-aerobics, therapy, rehab classes, swim programs for the special child, advanced level swim classes for swimmers interested in swim team or endurance swimming, triathlon training and Fun 2B Fit. Land classes include easy flow gentle yoga and Sit N Fit. In our retail store A & B Splash Shop, you will find suits for fitness and cruise, water wellness exercise equipment, swim toys, cover-ups, swim jackets and shoes for the pool. ATTACK! Basketball Academy is a year-round program for all boys & girls in Kindergarten through High School who like to play basketball. All levels of ability are welcome and it is never too late to learn!

Our strategy is to develop a total basketball program through team practice, fundamental skills training and league play all while providing more of a personalized experience for each player.

We are constantly looking for kids who have the drive and passion to improve their basketball skills to help take them to the next level. ATTACK! Basketball Academy gives kids a positive experience and a head start in basketball.

Extra Innings is everything baseball and softball. You can use our batting cages or tunnels, receive professional instruction, or buy equipment at our nationally recognized Pro Shop. We also have video games and a great room to host a Birthday Party!

Our batting cages and Pro Shop are open to walk-in visits. However, Reservations are recommended for private lessons, clinics and use of the tunnels.

Extra Innings offers private (1 student) and group lessons (3 or more students) on the mechanics of pitching, hitting and fielding.
