Flagfootball4fun youth sports programs are committed to providing a safe, fun and skill-based experience for kids between the ages of 4 and 14. We are a national youth sports company with local flag leagues, football camps and cheerleading in over 25 communities.
The Health Benefits of Flag Football and Cheerleading
At FlagFootball4Fun, we understand this, so we do everything we can to reduce the risk of injury and increase the health benefits of our flag football and cheerleading camps and games.
Our flag football teams are coached by experienced coaches, many of whom have professional and college-level experience. Their commitment to helping our kids get in great shape is even bigger than their commitment to having a good time.
Our cheerleaders are taught to stretch, run, and get in great shape, just like the football teams. The physical strength it takes to cheer through an entire game is the same or greater than it does to play football the whole time. And our cheerleaders have to do it with a smile!
The importance of physical exercise for children can’t be overstated. The risks of injury in flag football are significantly lower than in tackle football and many other sports.
FlagFootball4Fun and Texas Football
Our children learn to play football and to play together. More importantly, they learn to stay in great shape and feel better. At FlagFootball4Fun, we are committed to our children’s physical health, now and for the rest of their lives.

Presently, Jay and his wife Kristen continue to coach and mentor children in the gym on a daily basis.
Established in 2012 by former Colorado Rockies pitcher Ricky Testa, the TR Baseball Organization is a nonprofit select baseball program based out of Dallas, TX. The foundation of the TR Baseball Organization is based on an intent of the growth of each player, taking a passionate approach to the game of baseball while promoting both core values, as well as advanced training methods, at an affordable service to the public. TR Baseball sets forth the highest of standards for all of our coaches, players, and families, which allows the organization to base our success not only on winning, but the overall player development of each individual. Our program takes great pride in the relationships we build with both our players and parents, while pushing each athlete to their own potential and goals. As an organization, we believe that determination, commitment, hard work can bridge the gap between potential and true performance.
The coaching staff is assembled of committed and highly sophisticated coaches that have competed both at the collegiate and professional levels in which they provide instruction to players at all ages in a positive stimulating manner. Our philosophy helps to create an energetic and disciplined atmosphere, while encouraging respect, integrity, and personal growth. The TR Baseball Organization believes in pushing your teammates to be better, picking them up when they are down, and always believing in yourself. Character is revealed in times of adversity and baseball provides that adversity. It is our hope that our core values and principles will be internalized and will remain with each of our players throughout their life both on and off the field. On the baseball field, we teach confidence, a winning attitude, professionalism, managing failure, energy, and being a team player. Off the field, we stress the importance of academics, character, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
As an organization, TR Baseball seeks to compete against the best competition and work to achieve this by playing in the most competitive leagues, tournaments, and showcases. With the combination of committed players, a professional coaching staff, and an exceptional player to coach ratio, allows the organization to concentrate primarily on the developmental process of each individual player. TR Baseball creates an environment that entails a family atmosphere that provides an opportunity for players at all skill levels/age groups and believes that with the proper preparation, discipline, and self-confidence, will provide the best opportunity for our players to succeed. The players will learn to play the game the right way with a confident mental approach and sound fundamentals both offensively and defensively.
