Motherhood can often be so isolating. It’s so important to find your mama tribe, so you have the support system you will most definitely need to get through those rough phases. This is one of the many reasons we love participating in City Moms Blog’s national Bloom event.
We loved getting to meet so many new moms and moms-to-be in DFW, and even got to meet a few teeny tiny Dallasites!
The women arrived at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and were welcomed with a swag bag chock-full of goodies, and introduced to some of the best resources Dallas has to offer for new moms. This year’s swag bags included gifts from Amber Balous Photography, BamBoobies, Be Nice To Mommy, Community Coffee, Birthfit, Bookroo, Chelle Cates, Kids Garden Club, Migraine Magick, Mothers’ Milk Bank, NCircle Entertainment, Pics Peanut Butter, Sweet P’s Bakery, and Texas Facial Esthetics.
We also made sure no one left with an empty stomach, and their sweet tooth was satisfied. We partnered with Food Hugs Kitchen, Sprinkles Cupcakes, KIND Bars, and Costco for the perfect assortment of treats and samples. La Croix even joined in on the fun providing mocktails for the women to enjoy!
In addition to mingling with all our wonderful vendors, the women had the option to attend one of four breakout sessions. The topics ranged from newborn sleep to postpartum anxiety. All the topics were so important, and such great information for women to arm themselves with as they begins their journey into motherhood. And what’s a new mom event without tons and tons of giveaways? We were so fortunate to have so many top brands provide the latest and greatest in baby gear for the women in attendance.
