Rachel Randolph writes and speaks with humor and honesty encouraging moms to live more nourished lives, even in the midst of raising babies and toddlers. An East Texas native, she and her husband Jared, a high school football and baseball coach, live in Forney with their funny adventurous little guy Jackson (July 2011) and his smiley independent little sister Corabelle (June 2015). And yes, she did plan their births around baseball and football season. Rachel co-wrote Nourished: A Search for Health, Happiness, and a Full Night’s Sleep and We Laugh, We Cry, We Cook with her mom, Becky Johnson (both published by Zondervan). She likes to write about cooking with kids, self-care for mamas, natural and gentle parenting choices, and the funny and poignant things her kids say and do.
