There is one event the whole team at Dallas Moms Blog looks forward to each and every spring, and that event is our annual Egg Hunt. This year Dallas Moms Blog celebrated hosting our 5th annual hunt, and it was our biggest egg hunting party yet!
Over the course of two days, we welcomed 600 families to the beautiful Texas Discovery Gardens to kick off the egg hunting season.
We lucked out and ended up with beautiful weather, perfect for little ones to get their egg collecting game faces on. Each hunt is timed by age, so if your little one wasn’t filling up on treat filled eggs there were so many amazing brands joining us to mix and mingle with.
We had activities for the whole family to enjoy, and thanks to Feeling Fanciful we even had a visit from Princesses Belle and Ariel. The Easter Bunny also joined us to oversee all hunts, and make sure all the children went home with plenty of treats. Many families got some amazing photos with the bunny himself thanks to our photography partner AKA Photography.
We were extra lucky to also partner with some amazing food sponsors who provided samples for attendees. We had a killer assortment including chips and guacamole from Torchy’s Tacos, Raising Cane’s famous chicken tenders, sweet treats from Bird Bakery, and the most delectable cheese from The Mozzarella Company. A huge thank to all those who participated and helped us make this event a success!
Thanks to our friends at myKIDSdds, we had a wonderful face painter making all face painting request the little ones could dream up a reality. There were crafts, painting stations, coloring opportunities, snacks galore, and so much more to keep the kiddos entertained until it was time for their hunt. And if you got through all that, hopefully, you got to enjoy the incredible butterfly garden at Texas Discovery Garden that was included with your admission to the event.
Thank you to all our amazing sponsors for participating, and helping us make this event such a success. These events would not be possible without your participation. Also, we cannot thank you, our readers enough for continuing to support our events year after year.
We hope you and your family enjoyed this year’s event as much as we did, and we can wait until we get to reveal our event plans for 2019-2020! Be sure to stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter.
