When times feel uncertain, as they seem right now, it can be helpful to reach for something that makes us feel useful. While we are urged to practice social distancing and shelter-in-place in the effort to slow down the spread of COVID-19, there are many ways we can help one another. After all, this affects all of us.
Whether we have people in our family that are susceptible, or if we are just not trying to pass it to someone else so their family member does not contract it. We as a community, a country, humans, have a social responsibility to use the knowledge we have to do our part.
So while it feels like we are just cooped up and unable to truly help in a time like this, let’s work to make the world around us, our neighborhoods, a better place.
