The holidays are upon us and that means gathering with friends and family, sending out greeting cards in a timely manner, and baking homemade goodies to send out to all your closest neighbors, kids’ teachers, and mailmen. Oh, wait… this is a Hallmark Christmas movie, not real life! Let’s bring it back to real mom life where, yes the holidays are wonderful and a time to gather, but it’s also a time for trying to squeeze in more errands than usual, cleaning baseboards for that one family member that is sure to notice, and somehow always managing to make sweet memories with the littles.
One of the best parts of this busy time of year of course, is the food and more specifically the DESSERTS. We are all busy mamas and the hustle and bustle of life goes on despite it being the holidays.
